By creating an account on RPW-Connect, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

1. Eligibility

Accounts are created by Master Admin invitation only. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Do not share your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the project content you upload. By uploading, you grant RPW a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transcode, watermark, and serve that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to your team.

4. Payment & subscriptions

Paid subscriptions and ad-promotion slots are billed through our payment partner (Razorpay) once enabled. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Service availability

We strive for 99% monthly availability but provide the service "as is". Planned maintenance windows are announced in-app. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Termination

Master Admin can suspend or delete any account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
