RPW-Connect (operated by ROTO PAINT WALA, hereinafter "we", "us") collects only the data required to provide a secure project-management workspace for VFX teams. We do not sell, rent or trade user data.

What we collect

Account data — your login ID, name, email, phone (optional) and the hashed password.
Project content — chat messages, uploaded media (videos, images, PDFs), annotations, invoices.
Operational telemetry — login timestamps, IP addresses for security alerts, basic request logs.

How we use it

To authenticate you and authorise access to your projects.
To deliver realtime chat, calls, file previews and watermarked downloads.
To generate invoices and respond to support requests.

Data retention

Closed projects are kept as read-only history; their server-side media (videos, images, attachments) is automatically erased 30 days after the project is closed. Chat text is retained until the project is deleted. You can request earlier deletion by writing to rotopaintwala@gmail.com.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email/SMS delivery, optional payment processor Razorpay) under data-processing agreements that match this policy. Government and law-enforcement requests are honoured only on receipt of a lawful order.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing rotopaintwala@gmail.com. We respond within 7 business days.
